Michał Stanisławski was named director of capital markets Poland at Panattoni Europe. He will be responsible for managing investor relations, including raising capital for the developer’s investment projects in Poland. Stanisławski has 11 years of real estate experience. He started his career at Deutsche Bank before joining the capital markets/investment properties team at CBRE in 2008. He specialized in the institutional real estate investment market, with a special emphasis on direct core, core+ and value-add investors. Over the course of his career at CBRE, Stanisławski was involved with investment projects worth €10bn, from individual assets to transnational portfolios of numerous properties, and most recently with transactions like Wars Sawa Junior, Plac Małachowskiego, Diamentum Office and Silesian Logistics Centre.
