Michele Nusco, the Italian entrepreneur who owns the door manufacturer Pinum and the developer Nusco, wants to deliver at least 300 new apartments in the Pipera area of the Capital every year for the next ten years.
“The new residential projects attract customers especially from those who have already bought in another new project, but who now, after the pandemic, want an upgrade”, explains Michele Nusco, CEO and one of the shareholders of the Italian group Nusco.
Nusco Imobiliara, the real estate developer controlled by the Nusco family, started in the Pipera area of the Capital, where it also has the Pinum showroom next to a door factory, a new residential project.
