Michelin is planning to turn its logistics hub in Vác, near Budapest, into one of the company’s main European distribution centers. The French tire producer intends to expand the size of the facility from 20,000 sqm to 30,000 sqm, according to news reports. The expansion is expected to cost €7m, with completion set for the end of 2016. The logistics center will service 15 countries in Europe.
