The Milhous Group has disposed of three industrial properties in Palm Beach county along with a retail center in Broward county for a total of $38.8 million. The three industrial buildings are located in the Park at Broken Sound in Boca Raton on Broken Sound Parkway and South Rogers Circle. The retail property is located at 2150 SW 10th Street in Deerfield Beach and features a two-building complex totaling 35,000 sqf with a 10,000 sqf retail strip center and a 25,000 sqf freestanding office/showroom/warehouse building. CBRE arranged the sale of the four property portfolio on behalf of the seller. “The owner of these properties had an aggressive timeline, as loans on all four properties were set to expire on May 31st, 2016. CBRE was able to secure four separate buyers and close on all of the properties on the expiration date of the loan,” said Jeff Kelly, Executive Vice President CBRE.
