The Militari Residence residential center in Bucharest, developed by Capatana Constantin and Iulian Robu, currently has 10,000 residents. The project includes more than 4,000 apartments in 40 housing blocks that were built over five years. Militari Residence has attracted buyers to its apartment by offering low prices, ranging from €700 to €800 per sqm. The price is similar to what an old apartment in Bucharest would cost, according to the developers.
