Mill Creek unveils plans for new Edgewater, FL residential scheme

One of South Florida’s biggest apartment developers, Mill Creek residential, has proposed a new residential scheme in Edgewater. Located at 411 NE 24 Street, the plans call for an eight story building that will house 297 apartment units along with 436 parking spaces. Amenities in the project will include a rooftop pool and deck. Corwill Architects of Coral gables has been selected as the architect. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board will review the plans at a meeting next week. Since starting in 2011, Mill Creek has developed more than 20,000 apartment homes across 90+ communities and acquired more than 2,500 apartment homes. In 2016, the firm expects to deliver an additional 5,000+ homes to the companies growing portfolio.
