Millstone Developments is set to break ground on two new real estate projects in Bucharest this year. Flanders Fields Residences will go up by the Grivita lake and will include 44 units in three buildings totaling 4,400 sqm in the first phase.
The second project, Skybox, will go up near the Otopeni airport, offering 5,000 sqm of offices on two levels. Millstone Developments was established by Johan Rogiers, Horia Chioseaua and Christian Dumoli.
