Millstone Developments has secured a construction permit for the first phase of Flanders Residences, a residential project set to go up on a 26,000 sqm plot in Bucharest.
The first phase of the project will feature three low-rise buildings with a total of 39 units. The second phase will add an additional nine buildings to the site. Millstone Developments was founded in 2016 by Johan Rogiers, Horia Chioseaua and Christian Dumolin.
