Milojevic Gilje-Gas has secured permission to use the thermal mineral water at the Kakmuz deposit in Bosnia’s Petrovo municipality for the new spa complex it is developing. The concession is valued for 19 years. Construction of the spa complex started last spring, with costs estimated at €3m. Milojevic Gilje-Gas has completed the groundwork and is now working on the site’s pools and facilities. The complex will cover 16,000 sqm and include a 150-bed hotel, a restaurant and swimming pools. The complex is scheduled to open next year.
