The Spanish Ministry of Defence sold a residential plot in Santa Catalina, Palma de Mallorca for €6.31m or €1,361 per buildable sqm. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. The 1,098 sqm plot has a buildable area of 4,637 sqm. The property includes an existing residential building that could later be expanded into a larger residential scheme or hotel.
