A bitter conflict between the state and the general contractor of the Polish National Stadium is getting more intense, with Poland’s Sports Minister, Joanna Mucha, taking negligence claims to the attorney general’s office. A lawsuit against the consortium of Hydrobudowa Polska, PBG, Alpine Bau Deutschland AG, Alpine Bau GmbH and Alpine Construction Polska is in the works. The ministry claims that the consortium has not met its deadline and now refuses to pay any penalties. The consortium is also accused of not providing documentation from the subcontractors and not paying them.
