Mint Investments buys Euro, Astra palaces

In a deal worth worth €40m, Mint Investments bought the Euro and Astra palaces at the bottom of Wenceslas Square in Prague 1 from Avestus Capital Partners, according to the news agency ČTK.

Located at the corner of the square and Na Příkopě, the buildings offer a total of 6,000 sqm of mainly office space with a few retail units on the ground floor. Euro was completed in 2002, while Astra dates back to 1925-27. The functionalist building received a facelift in 2011.
