Mint sells Pilsen offices to Investika

Mint Investments has sold its office building Business Center Bohemia to the real estate fund Investika. The parties to the deal for the for the 8,000 sqm building, described as the tallest office building in town of Pilsen, would not comment further on the price except to say it was in the hundreds of millions of Czech crowns. “The level of interest for the building indicates that office space in the Czech Republic has become an attractive asset class for local and for international investors,” said Andy Thompson, director of the investment department at Colliers International, which represented the vendor.
