Mirbud has signed a letter of intent with PDC Industrial Center 105 regarding the construction of a warehouse and service hall for EUR 6.65 million net at ul. Utrata in the Targówek district of Warsaw, the company said.
The value of the contract that Mirbud S.A. and PDC Industrial Center 105 Sp. Z o.o. intend to conclude is: EUR 6,650,061.93 net. The issuer will announce the signing of the contract in a separate report, the company announced.
Mirbud acts primarily as a general contractor or general contractor in all segments of the construction industry. Since 2008, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2020, it had PLN 1,243 million of consolidated revenues.
