Mirbud will build the EQlibrium II office building located at Wschowska Street in Warsaw. Under the terms of the contract signed with the developer of the project, Waryński, the contractor is to receive PLN 26.4m gross for its work. The property will offer 3,345 sqm of leasable space distributed across 8 storeys. Construction is set to begin this autumn, with completion scheduled for 2021. The first stage of the complex has already been constructed. EQlibrium I consists of two connected buildings, eleven- and six-storey in height, providing a total of 10,500 sqm GLA.
