Romanian football coach Mircea Lucescu, together with Dimciu Tasu, is planning to develop 200 apartments in Bucharest. To go up on a 4,200 sqm land parcel along the shores of Lake Morii in the capital’s Sector 6, the project will also include commercial and office space. The complex will feature three 11-story buildings. There will also be underground parking. Lake Tower will oversee the development process. The land was purchased by Tasu in 2015.
