CA Immo has leased 8,000 sqm of office space in Orhideea Towers to Misys, a financial software company. Misys is the first tenant of Orhideea Towers, a €75m project comprising 37,000 sqm of gross rentable floor space, built in the Central-West area of Bucharest next to Grozăvești metro station. The deal was brokered by CBRE.
Misys has been in CA Immo buildings since 2008, when it leased 2,200 sqm at the property company’s River Place office building, not far from Orhideea Towers. Today, Misys occupies 6,500 sqm of the building.
