A company called Quam plans to build offices, retail and high-end apartments in a project set to go up next to the American embassy, the national theater and the Radisson Blu Carlton hotel in Bratislava. The project, designed five years ago by architectural studio Arquiteq, features an 8-story building with a single underground level that will offer space for parking for 15 cars. The building’s ground floor will offer four retail units across 367 sqm, offices will take the next level up while rental apartments will be installed floors two through four. The top levels should feature three high-end apartments with terraces. The project is still in planning, which has been slowed down by a series of appeals. The developer Urbicom began the project, but it was taken over in August last year by Quam, writes Trend.sk.
