Coral Cables-based developer Armando Codina has broken ground on 2020 Salzedo. The new, mixed-use project will consist of 213 apartment units in a 16-story tower and a seven story parking garage with 559 spaces. Located at 2020 Salzedo Street in Coral Gables, the scheme will also include 46,000 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of retail. The developer is asking $45 per square foot to lease office space on a triple net basis. BC Architects designed the tower in a Mediterranean architectural style, as encouraged by city code. Facchina Construction is the general contractor.
