MLP Group has completed construction of its new logistics park in Upper Silesia. MLP Gliwice was started in 2017 and completed at the end of the second quarter of 2020. The project includes three modern class A warehouse facilities with a total leasable area of 44,377 sqm. Zabka Polska, the largest chain of convenience stores in the country, has leased 25,000 sqm of warehouse space, of which 4,000 sqm are cold rooms and freezer rooms. Another 11,000 sqm has been leased to Just in Time, a logistics outsourcer, which uses its warehouse space primarily for storing goods. Another tenant is InPost, Poland’s largest independent logistics operator providing modern services to retail and institutional customers, including comprehensive services for the e-commerce industry.
