MLP Group, in a joint venture with J.W. Construction Holding, is planning to build a new logistics center in Szczecin. The project will go up on a plot owned by J.W. Construction. MLP Group, a leading industrial developer, will oversee the commercialization and management of the facilities. The MLP Szczecin logistics park will cover 20 ha and offer 60,000 sqm of warehouse space.
