MLP Group signed 22 lease agreements, totaling of 100,300 sqm of industrial and office space, in the first three months of this year. Roughly 55,500 sqm was leased by clients in newly completed facilities, while lease renewals accounted for 39,700 sqm of the volume and expansions totaled 5,000 sqm. Tenants took nearly 29,600 sqm at the MLP Pruszków I logistics park in Q1, while 23,100 sqm of space was leased at MLP Pruszków II. MLP Lublin, MLP Wrocław, MLP Poznań and MLP Bieruń also saw new deals.
