MLP Group will build a new logistics park in southwestern Wrocław. MLP Wrocław West will offer 70,000 sqm o f modern warehouse space on a 16 ha plot. “The Wrocław area is extremely popular with tenants, which is why we decided to expand our portfolio in the region. Having already signed the first lease contract, we can start the project execution phase. We expect to hand over the first finished space in October next year,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, head of sales at MLP Group S.A.
