MLP Group signed 32 lease agreements on more than 221,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in 2017. Of this total, 90,200 sqm were leased in newly completed projects. The remaining leases were mainly renewals (77,500 sqm) and warehouse expansions (37,800 sqm). Żabka Polska leased the most space, taking nearly 25,000 sqm at the MLP Gliwice logistics park. Avery Dennison, the manufacturer and distributor of labels and self-adhesive materials, leased 13,300 sqm of space at MLP Pruszków II.
