MLP Group has completed the third and final warehouse at MLP Lublin logistics park. It built the complex on a 10 ha site and is now able to offer 45,000 sqm of leasable area. The park currently has no vacancy available. The first tenant was engine producer ABM Greiffenberger Polska, which initially leased 10,000 sqm before expanding its footprint at the project to 16,000 two years later. The second tenant was Stokrotka, which began with 6,000 sqm before expanding gradually to 23,200 sqm. MLP’s third tenant, the industrial automation company Turck, occupies 6,500 sqm in Lublin.
