MLP Group has kicked off work on its newest BTS project in the town of Pruszków. The 7,000 sqm facility is part of the developer’s MLP Pruszków II complex which is fully dedicated to Auto Partner, an importer and distributor of spare parts for cars. As part of the deal, the company has also taken 600 sqm of office space in the complex. The investment is due for completion in the first quarter of 2017. Bremer is overseeing the construction.
It’s the second transaction signed by the parties in the past few months, as Auto Partner recently agreed to expand the space it occupies at the MLP Bieruń complex by more than 16,000 sqm to 27,000 sqm.
