The pay-TV broadcaster and producer has become a new tenant at the MLP Pruszkow II logistics centre, where it is to take up 2,700 sqm of space. The investment will be tailored to the individual needs of the client. The finished facility is to be delivered on February 2021. MLP Pruszkow II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinow near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszkow. With a target leasable space of about 309,000 sqm (of which nearly 200,000 sqm has already been completed), it will be the region’s largest logistics complex. To accommodate the rapid expansion of the logistics park, a second access road to the site, intended for passenger cars and delivery vehicles, has been opened.
