MLP Group has secured a new tenant at its MLP Tychy warehouse and production centre after signing an agreement with Korporacja KGL S.A. for 1,870 sqm of warehouse and office space. A distributor and an importer of the plastics, KGL is to join the list of 11 companies currently leasing space in the complex. MLP Tychy is the fourth project the group is developing in Poland. Located in the Katowice Economic Zone, the centre is built on a 17ha plot and should eventually offer 96,000 sqm of warehouse and social space after the completion. āConsidering the parkās location, our clients can be given tax breaksā, said Dorota JagodziÅska-Sasson, the member of the board in MLP Group S.A.
