MM Group completed a mixed-use building along Sofia’s ring road. The project includes two floors of office space and 31 luxury apartments on seven floors as well as a two-level underground parking garage. The average size of the apartments ranges between 110 sqm and 240 sqm. The project also includes two 470 sqm penthouses. The average price of apartments range between €170,000 and €300,000 without VAT.
