MM Real Estate broke ground on a 246,000 sqm residential project in Sarajevo’s Suhodol area near Hadzic. Panorama Hills will include 180 villas. The project will also feature a health center and a multifunctional center as well as a restaurant and a market. Plans call for a lot of green areas, including parks, playgrounds, a small lake and a ski lift for children. The value of the investment was not disclosed.
