MMNT, a joint venture between Adventura Holding and Glen, has acquired Marina Portorož for €21.6m. The transaction was recently approved by the shareholders of the marina’s former owner, spa operator Terme Čatež AGM. As part of the deal, roughly €40m in assets will be transferred in the takeover. Around €33.5m worth of property will also be transferred in addition to a 7.4-percent stake in DZS which is the biggest owner of Terme Čatež.
