The leading company on the Romanian furniture market Mobexpert leased an area of approx. 2,000 sqm in the first phase of Constanta Business Park, developed by Globalworth and Global Vision. Following the recent transactions, Constanța Business Park has reached a 70 percent occupancy rate just a few months after its delivery.

The development of Constanța Business Park is estimated to run until 2024 and will be executed in several stages, resulting in a rentable area of over 400k sqm on completion. In the first phase, which was delivered in July 2020, Globalworth Industrial developed a logistics warehouse with a rentable area of 21,300 sqm.
