Mobexpert, owned by Dan Sucu, is preparing to develop a second residential project in Bucharest following the completion of its first project in the city’s Domenii area last year. The company owns a 40,190 sqm plot in the eastern area of the capital, which it bought in the summer of 2016. Steps to obtain the necessary permits for the project were started last year. The scheme will include six housing blocks and a supermarket.
