Mobile marketing agency Mobile Works has taken over Magnetic Studios, a company specializing in programing and research. Mobile Works took over 70 percent of the company.
Magnetic Studios has a team of 15 specialists, most of whom have more than five years of experience in the field, and will work as a technology lab for Mobile Works, focusing on the development of iOS and Android applications along with website optimization for mobile phones. Mobile Works was launched in February 2012 and posted a turnover of RON 1.2m.
