Modern office stock in Warsaw hit 5.2 million sqm at the end of the third quarter, according to the latest data released by the Polish Office Research Forum. The vacancy rate in Warsaw reached 12.9 percent at the end of September. The largest lease transactions in the first half of 2017 included Millenium Bankās lease renewal at Harmony Office Centre (18,300 sqm), a pre-lease agreement by Citi Service Center Poland at Generation Park X (13,600 sqm), an expansion and renewal by Alior Bank at ÅopuszaÅska Business Park (13,400 sqm) and an expansion and renewal by AstraZeneca at PostÄpu 14 (13,200 sqm).
