The modernization of the Adgar Park West office complex entered the final stage this week. The investment involves the construction of a new entrance hall, as well as the modernization of the interior and exterior of the three office buildings. The investor is also planning to add more than 6,000 sqm of retail and service space to the project, including the newest AdgarFit sports zone.
HRA Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci completed the new design, while Awbud oversaw construction work. Located in the center of Warsaw on Aleje Jerozolimskie street, Adgar Park offers more than 43,000 sqm of lettable space. The owner is the company Adgar.
