Modulus Real Estate has aquired the retail park in Soltau city center. The object offers a total of 6,000 sqm, half of which is occupied by REWE. Other tenants include ABC shoes, Tedi and the Federal Employment Agency. The renovation of the building is set to be completed by next year. ELB Land Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, the management partners of Modulus, will assume control of the property management of the building. Modulus acquires retail properties across all risk classes.
