Mohammad Murad, owner of the Phoenicia hotel chain, vought Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania from Alexandru Benga and Valentin Ilie. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Benga controlled a 75-percent share of the company, while Ilie controlled a 25-percent share.
Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania has been on the Romanian market since 2007. The company offers specialized consulting and real estate brokerage services on all market segments. It recorded a turnover of €5.2m in 2013.
