In 2021, contracts with 5 tenants were extended: BMW Group, LG Electronics, Wiener TU SA Vienna Insurance Group and Oriflame. All companies decided to continue their existing cooperation with Mokotów Nova. The contracts signed cover nearly 15,000 sqm of office space.
The new tenant in the office building is Metrohouse Franchise S.A. – operator of the largest network of real estate offices in Poland. The contract was signed for 5 years. The company’s office will occupy 1,130 sq m.
