MOL acquires 17 Agip stations in Slovenia

Hungarian energy group MOL has acquired 17 Agip petrol stations on the Slovenian market from the Italian group Eni. The price of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisitions boost MOL’s Slovenian network to 57 service stations, making it the third-largest fuel retailer in the country. The deal still needs to be approved by regulators, according to local news reports.
