The Hungarian oil and gas group MOL announced it had increased its stake in its Romania oil exploration operations to 100 percent. MOL previously held 70 percent of Expert Petroleum, but has now acquired the remaining 30-percent stake. After the transaction is approved by the Romanian National Agency for Mineral Resources, the stake will be transformed to Panfora Oil and Gas SRL, which is a Romanian entity owned by MOL.
