MOL invests in Kazakhstan

MOL, the Hungarian oil and gas company is willing to invest a further $250m in Kazakhstan, where real oil exploitation might start in 2015. The announcement comes as Zsolt Hernádi, CEO of Mol Group and the Hungarian prime minister were having talks in the Kazakh Astana. PM Viktor Orbán and Hernád held a conference in the Kazakhstan’s capital, Astana. Hernádi said that MOL has been playing a part in mining and searching for oil in Kazakhstan since 1990, and that MOL experts have been leading recent work.
