The Italian fashion group Moncler will develop a new factory in Romania, which will be located next to the existing one, in Bacău, where it will employ 300 people. At the same time, the company will build there a kindergarten for the employees’ children.
The new building will cover 8,000 sqm and will include a new production space equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, as well as a research and development center. Construction is due to be completed in 2022.
The total cumulative investment, in the factory and kindergarten, amounts to about EUR 10 million.
