Monika Janczewska-Leja has joined Savills as head of retail advisory and transactions. Janczewska-Leja will be responsible for the firm’s new strategy for its retail property services. She has 20 years of real estate experience, having worked in managerial positions at GTC, Immochan and Klepierre. Throughout her professional career, she has advised on the commercialization processes of such retail schemes as Sadyba Best Mall in Warsaw, Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa, Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków, Nový Smíchov in Prague and a portfolio of 22 Auchan hypermarkets.
