Savills has strengthened its local team. Monika Wakulska was named associate director of the landlord representation team of the company’s office agency. She will oversee the leasing of properties owned by Deka Immobilien (North Gate and International Business Center A and B) and by Cromwell Property Group (Signum Work Station and Innova Work Station B and C). Wakulska has 13 years of commercial real estate experience and is a licenced property manager. Prior to joining Savills, she worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate for five years. Wakulska has advised both landlords including AEW Europe, GTC and VIG Fund, and tenants, including Danone Group, Gemius SA, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Pernod Ricard.
Michał Kulig joined Savills’ industrial agency as a senior consultant. He will be responsible for advising tenants in the Upper Silesia region and in Kraków and Rzeszów. Prior to joining Savills, he worked for JLL.
