In an effort to boost employment, the Montenegrin government is looking to lease part of the former Gornji Ibar wood processing plant. The municipality has launched a tender to lease Site 3 of the former Rozaje-based wood processor, which includes office buildings and land. The tender for the 10-year lease is open until November.
In September, the Montenegrin government signed a lease with Turkish company Sancakli Mobiliya Agac for two Gornji Ibar sites.
