The average price per sqm of a new apartment in Montenegro in Q4-2020 amounted to EUR 1.007, which is lower by 11,3 percent compared to Q4-2019, while it is 15 percent higher compared to Q3-2020, according to the Montenegro Statistical Office. The average price per square meter of an apartment in a new building significantly depends on the share of apartments in a solidarity housing development, it presented.
The average price per square meter for a new apartment in Podgorica in Q4-2020 was EUR 985, while in the coastal region it was EUR 1,359, where as in the central region EUR 635 and in the northern region the average price per square meter in a new build was EUR 766.
