There are more than 15,000 underground parking spaces in Bucharest office buildings that can be rented for €40 to €160 per month, according to a study by Jones Lang LaSalle.
In general, the agency reports that buildings located around Victoria Square, Romana Square and Piata Presei Libere have the highest monthly parking rates. In these areas, parking spaces cost between €120 and €160 per month.
Located near Victoria Square on George Polizu street, a parking spot at the Bucharest Business Center, for instance, costs €160 per month, while a parking space at Sky Tower in the capital’s Floreasca area goes for €150 per month.
The most expensive rates in the west of the city are at West Gate, where a parking space will cost €100 per month. AFI Park rents parking spaces for €90 per month, while Anchor Plaza’s monthly parking rate is €50.
According to JLL, the lowest monthly parking rates are at Magheru One Offices, where a parking space costs €40 per month.
