Miami-based property management company, Monument Real Estate Services, has been appointed to manage two apartment communities in Texas. The first property, Terraces on the Parkway, is a 296-unit community in Grand Prairie, while the second, Courtyards on Glenview, has 241-units and is located in Fort Worth. Both properties feature a fitness center, swimming pool and playground, as well as outdoor kitchens with barbecue grills.
The deal adds to Monument’s management portfolio which now stands at approximately 3,800 units across 14 properties in the Lone Star State. In total, the company oversees approximately 12,000. The portfolio also includes properties owned by its sister company Monument Capital Management.
“Terraces on the Parkway and Courtyards on Glenview are welcome additions to our growing portfolio and we seek to further expand in the state for both management assignments as well as acquisitions,” said Stuart Zook, president of Monument Real Estate Services.
