Miami-based Monument Real Estate Services has been retained to manage two apartment communities in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The addition of Quail Pointe Apartments, a 100-unit community, and Hidden Park Apartments, a 100-unit community, bring the firm’s total number of units under management in South Carolina to 1,697. Other properties in the state include Hampton Forest, Reserve at Cavalier and Park West in Greenville; St. Andrews, Peachtree Place and Country Walk in Columbia; as well as Park Square and Magnolia Townhomes in Spartanburg. The firm’s management portfolio of more than 12,000 units includes properties owned by Monument Capital Management’s three funds and those controlled by third parties, mostly located in the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S.
